* Managing the transition of pensioner payrolls from previous providers
* Loading annuitant schemes and amendments onto administration systems
* Reconciling buy-in payments and ensuring accuracy within agreed timescales
* Supporting clients with ongoing queries and updates
* Ensuring benefits and payments align with benefit specifications
* Documenting and testing processes for consistency and improvement
* Maintaining full audit trails across all data lifecycle stages
* Communicating key updates to internal teams and third parties to support customer outcomes
Qualifications
Who we’re looking for :
* Demonstrating experience in payroll or pensions administration
* Understanding defined benefit pension schemes and relevant legislation
* Working confidently with Excel and data management tools
* Prioritising tasks effectively and meeting deadlines
* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
* Maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
* Showing commitment to treating customers fairly and ethically
* Holding or working towards relevant qualifications (e.g. CII, PMI, CPP)
