* Hours: Monday to Friday 0900 to 1700 (with occasional weekends)

I'm recruiting for a hands-on Technical Warehouse Manager (Audio Visual / Events) to take ownership of a busy, fast-paced AV warehouse. If you’re a senior AV tech who’s ready to step off the road but still wants to stay close to the kit and the people, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
* Leading and mentoring a team of 4 junior techs. Setting standards, building skills, and keeping the place running smoothly.
* Overseeing all things AV kit, from prep & de-prep, maintenance, and repairs, through to keeping inventory databases accurate and up to date.
* Making sure health & safety isn’t just a tick-box exercise but part of day-to-day working.
* Coordinating transport and logistics for equipment, deliveries, and events.
* Driving process improvements and keeping standards high across a busy, growing operation.
Must-haves:
* Strong technical knowledge of AV equipment and warehouse processes - PARAMOUNT
* Proven ability to lead, coach and mentor a team.
* Process-driven mindset with sharp attention to detail.
* Confidence with systems and databases (accuracy matters here)
* A modern, collaborative approach (we’re not after “old school clipboard and barked orders”).
Good to haves:
* Experience managing compliance (PAT, LOLER, H&S).
* Knowledge of transport management (vehicle bookings, logistics, etc).
* An interest in new AV tech and ways to improve workflows.
