The Team & Why Now: The Onboarding Calculations Team sits at the heart of the insurer's BPA growth strategy, enabling the onboarding of complex schemes and delivery of exceptional member and client outcomes. With transaction volumes continuing to rise and significant investment underway across Client Services, the team is expanding - with a strong appetite for actuarial and technical talent. This is not a back-office function. The team is highly visible plays a critical role in the future scale of the business.
