We are seeking a dedicated and professional Telephonist preferably female, who resides local to our office base, to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing calls, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring effective communication within the organisation. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for callers.
* Conduct data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
* Engage with customers to capture bookings for their journeys, addressing their inquiries effectively.
* Upsell additional products or services when appropriate, enhancing customer satisfaction and company revenue.
* Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette, ensuring all interactions are courteous and respectful.
* Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
* Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with customers and colleagues must be able to speak clear English.
* Strong analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
