We are seeking a passionate, creative, and results-driven Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Manager to join our clients Customer Marketing Team in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities:
1. Web Analytics Management: Take ownership of the web analytics platform, including Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate tagging, tracking, and reporting across all digital channels.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key business stakeholders, including Divisional Brand Planners, Digital Production teams, Brand Marketing, Paid Media Manager, and Digital Transformation teams, to enable effective CRO testing and implementation of successful initiatives.
3. Insights & Reporting: Proactively analyse customer behaviour and share insights, promoting a test-and-learn culture and championing the value of CRO across the organisation.
4. Testing Strategy: Design and manage A/B or multivariate tests, overseeing an experimentation roadmap focused on improving website conversion rates.
