Job Description
TXM Recruit are currently looking for X2 Gas Safe Plumbers to work in the Chertsey, Surrey area, specializing in ultra-high-end mansions for a private property management company.
The role involves working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting at 8-4 or 9-5, and offers lots of overtime opportunities.
Weekend work is required on a shift rota (approximately 1 in 4, but variable).
This position demands flexibility during the busy season (May to October) regarding hours and days worked.
Salary: £40,000 (overtime after 40 hours at time and a half)
Key responsibilities:
1. Install, maintain, and repair hot and cold-water services, sanitation, waste disposal, and central heating systems.
2. Fix and maintain piped services, including drainage.
3. Test closed-loop heating circuits for correct levels.
4. Assist colleagues as required.
5. Maintain inventory of plumbing materials.
6. Coordinate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers to ensure excellent service delivery.
7. Provide cover during colleagues' absences.
8. Follow all company policies, especially health and safety protocols.
9. Participate in seasonal shift and on-call rota.
10. Perform any other duties as assigned.
