We are partnering with a growing, private equity–backed professional services business to appoint a commercially focused Regional Finance Director. This is a high-impact leadership role supporting regional operational teams and driving financial performance across a multi-site environment.
This opportunity would suit an experienced finance leader who enjoys being close to the business, influencing senior stakeholders, and operating within a fast-paced, evolving PE-backed setting.
The Role
Act as the senior finance lead for the region, partnering closely with operational and regional leadership
Drive budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis across multiple sites
Provide clear, commercially focused insight to support decision-making and growth initiatives
Lead and develop the regional finance team
Support integration, process improvement and value creation initiatives
Ensure strong financial controls, governance and compliance
About You
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders
Experience within a multi-site, services, legal or professional services environment preferred
Exposure to private equity–backed or high-growth businesses advantageous
Hands‑on, pragmatic and comfortable operating in a dynamic environment
