Clinical Duties: Provide high-quality patient care through surgery, home visits, and telephone consultations. Make professional, autonomous decisions on undifferentiated and complex presentations. Conduct triage, manage repeat prescriptions, and respond to patient queries efficiently. Screen patients for early signs of illness and proactively manage long-term conditions. Develop care plans in line with current clinical protocols. Deliver patient education and health promotion advice. Maintain accurate, contemporaneous patient records. Prescribe safely, adhering to Practice and CCG formulary guidance. Engage in continuous professional development, audit, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with statutory and voluntary agencies to enhance patient care. Practice Responsibilities: Participate in audit, evaluation, and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain compliance with clinical coding and data entry standards. Contribute to health and safety compliance and the safeguarding of patients.
