Detailed job description and main responsibilities The post holder will support the Quality Assurance (QA) activities within the Pharmacy Aseptic Unit and Radiopharmacy at Royal United Hospitals Bath. The role ensures compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), national regulatory standards, and Trust policies. Working closely with the QA Lead and operational managers, the post holder contributes to safe, effective and compliant preparation and delivery of aseptic and radiopharmaceutical products to patients. Main duties and responsibilities · Assist with the implementation, maintenance and monitoring of the Pharmacy Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with MHRA guidelines and NHS QA standards. · Perform QA checks on completed batch documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GMP and local procedures. · Support deviation, incident and non-conformance reporting; assist with investigations and implementation of corrective and preventative actions. · Contribute to risk assessments and support compliance with Trust governance frameworks.
