So, what will I be doing?
As a Quality Auditor you'll be driving a quality culture across our Blagdon site, coaching and motivating stakeholders to influence continuous improvement and better ways of working.
This position is full time (4 on 4 off shift pattern).
You will work with a variety of stakeholders on a range of projects and initiatives to drive improvements during a hugely exciting time at Blagdon, as we embark on site‑specific initiatives and launches.
Responsibilities
* Uphold legal, customer and consumer expectations, ensuring we operate in a true quality, food‑safety focused environment.
* Support and coach all site functions on food safety and quality aspects of production.
* Provide an operationally proactive QA presence to monitor real‑time manufacturing product quality and compliance with quality standards and technical procedures.
* Support cross‑functional improvements across all key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications
* Formal qualification or demonstrable experience.
* HACCP Level 3.
* Food safety Level 3.

* Food degree.
* Internal audit qualification.
* Good coaching skills.
