A unique opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to launch a rewarding career in property law with a leading, socially‑conscious law firm.
About the Role
Our client, a highly‑respected and sector‑specialist firm, is looking for a solicitor to join its Housing Development team in Birmingham. This role is ideal for someone who wants to navigate the world of property development and use their skills to make a real difference in the housing sector.
Responsibilities
* Acquisition of s106 affordable housing.
* Land purchase for new‑build projects.
* Advice on site assembly, funding, and delivery.
Team
You will join a supportive team of 3 Partners and 7 Lawyers, working with several of the UK’s leading housing associations.
About You
* 0‑3 years PQE.
* Ideally, completed a property seat during your training contract.
* Genuine interest in housing development and commitment to outstanding client care.
* Enthusiasm, willingness to learn, and desire to build long‑term relationships.
