Job Overview:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a warehouse warranty line operative in a services logistics warehouse. You will be supporting our customers by claiming warranty with all vendors within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will need to have high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ideally, you will have previous experience in administration and warehouse management systems (SAP) and experience with web portal would be highly desirable.
Rate £18.27/Hr through UMB £14.08/Hr through basic PAYE £15.98/Hr through Premium PAYE

Job Description
1. Processing components and devices on SAP, ServiceNow, ITSM accordingly
2. Updating SAP accordingly
3. Working with our courier partners
4. Checking the warranty on all vendors web portals
5. Claiming warranty from all vendors web portals (raising the RMA) whilst being aware of any financial implications regarding timeframes etc.
6. Working with third party suppliers to claim warranty.
7. Despatching all vendors warranty parts back to them
8. Maintaining warranty management tool database
9. Maintaining SLW Database tool. (Error-handling)
