We are seeking dedicated and adaptable SEN Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day supply cover and long-term support in a specialist school in Rugby.About the Role:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with complex needs.
* Assist in delivering tailored learning plans to support academic and emotional development.
* Work closely with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing and structured environment.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies to support student engagement.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with ASD, SLD, or other complex needs.
* A patient, understanding, and resilient approach to supporting students.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Relevant qualifications (Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant desirable but not essential).
