As we continue to develop our Academy structure in line with the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP), we are seeking a driven and passionate Youth Development Phase Coach to join our coaching department. Key Responsibilities: Lead the coaching programme for an assigned YDP age group, delivering sessions aligned with the club’s philosophy. Monitor and support the development of players through detailed planning, review, and feedback processes. Ensure compliance with all EPPP, Premier League, and EFL regulations and requirements. Maintain accurate training, match, and attendance records on the Football Intelligence Platform. Coordinate age group fixtures and playing opportunities in line with individual and collective development plans. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to ongoing player assessments and reviews. Support trialist assessments and provide feedback in line with the club’s signing/exit policies. Contribute to the club’s coach development initiatives including CPD events, Development Action Plans (DAP), and Coaching Competency Framework (CCF). FA Youth Award. Emergency First Aid in Football (EFAiF). Proven experience developing players in an elite academy environment.
