Reporting to the Regional Operations Manager, the General Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the business by leading a team and delivering exceptional service to guests.
The key responsibilities include:
1. Recruiting, onboarding, and inducting new team members.
2. Inspiring, developing, and leading management and staff to ensure high retention.
3. Maximising revenue through sales analysis and forecasting.
4. Managing controllable costs and site P&L.
5. Supporting the Regional Operations Manager in achieving long-term business objectives.
6. Driving high performance through regular coaching and feedback.
7. Maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
8. Promoting the brand's values and ensuring team knowledge and confidence.
9. Ensuring health and safety standards are met.
10. Focusing on high guest satisfaction metrics.
You will be equipped with tools to manage labour and costs effectively, and expected to proactively drive sales and utilise guest feedback to maximise opportunities. As an innovative business, you'll champion change and lead its implementation.
Ideally, you will have experience in a high-volume, guest-facing leadership role within a branded operation.
