Job Summary
Agincare is seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a dynamic HR business partner, influencing culture, performance and wellbeing across a national care organisation. The role is based at the Head Office and supports diverse business units, partnering with leaders to embed Agincare’s values and drive strategic HR initiatives.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily HR guidance and support to line managers.
* Use data and analytics to identify trends and shape decisions.
* Resolve complex employee relations issues and support grievance processes.
* Coach and develop managers to increase individual HR expertise, covering policy, procedures, legislation and systems.
* Partner with leadership teams to enhance morale, retention and productivity.
* Drive cultural alignment through proactive people strategies.
* Support manager development and continual improvement of HR processes.
* Champion health, wellbeing and organisational change.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar HR role.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
* Proactive, self‑motivated, flexible and adaptable.
* Full driving licence and access to a vehicle (with willingness to travel).
Desirable Requirements
* Level 5+ qualification in HR or currently studying towards one.
* Previous experience in Health and Social Care.
* Collaborative team player with a genuine commitment to personal development.
