Are you passionate about supporting apprentices in achieving their goals? DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Apprenticeship Reviewer – Motor Vehicle to join our Apprenticeships team. This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with learners, employers, and tutors to ensure apprentices receive high-quality reviews and support throughout their training journey.
About the Role
As an Apprenticeship Reviewer, you will manage a caseload of motor vehicle apprentices, conducting regular reviews, monitoring progress, and ensuring learners are on track to successfully complete their programmes. You'll play a key role in supporting learners through their apprenticeship, including preparation for End Point Assessment, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and safeguarding standards.
Essential Criteria
* Recognised national qualification at Level 3 or above
* English & Maths at Grade C/4 or above
* Experience working with work-based providers or employers
* Good organisational and problem-solving skills
* Full and current driving licence
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct reviews with apprentices and employers every 10–12 weeks
* Ensure all review documentation is completed and uploaded to the learner management system
* Monitor apprentice attendance, progression, and achievement
* Support learners in preparing for End Point Assessment
* Carry out health and safety vetting and monitoring of employer premises
* Liaise with tutors and support staff to ensure consistent learner support
* Ensure induction and Functional Skills delivery is in place for all learners
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date tracking of learner progress

The LET's Bloom Programme aims to connect our experienced and qualified teachers to share best practice and support continued risk-taking as we continue to add depth to our teaching craft. Teachers volunteer on this one year programme, working closely with the Learning Enhancement Team, capturing their experimentation in a journal.
