Job Description
* Manage and motivate a telesales team of 15 to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
* Monitor and analyse team performance to identify areas for improvement.
* Provide coaching and training to enhance team effectiveness and skills.
* Ensure customer service standards are maintained and improved.
* Collaborate with other departments to align sales efforts with business objectives.
* Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.
* Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Telesales Manager should have:
* Proven experience in a contact centre or telesales leadership role.
* Experience dealing with high volume B2B customers
* Strong organisational and team management skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A results-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
* Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
