Dynamics 365 Support Analyst - £45 - Hampshire
We are seeking an enthusiastic Dynamics 365 Support Analyst to join a growing and dynamic Microsoft Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in CRM support and customisation who is looking to grow into a consultancy or development role. You'll be part of a small but skilled team supporting varied Dynamics 365 environments, including Power Platform technologies.
Responsibilities
* Log and process customer issues and requests using Dynamics 365
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via phone, email, or onsite visits
* Manage support tickets effectively in line with SLAs
* Support project-related tasks including CRM improvements and new implementations
* Assist in onboarding new clients and environments
* Maintain a high standard of customer communication and internal updates
* Identify opportunities for automation and process enhancement using Power Platform tools
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a desktop or CRM support role
* Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 customisation (fields, forms, business rules, workflows)
* Familiarity with Dynamics 365 security roles and settings
* Experience with data handling, imports/exports, and validation
* Exposure to PowerApps, Power Automate, and JavaScript
* Awareness of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, and Entra setup
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
Salary
Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Location
Hybrid – Must be able to attend the office during probation
Office based in Hampshire – easily commutable from surrounding counties
