JPMC is seeking a VP (603) to lead change management work stream for the Cross Product Change Services Team. This individual will lead / contribute to the following aspects of change and operations management and have key responsibilities as outlined below. The Cross Product Change Services Team serves multiple internal and external clients in providing change implementation services such as Business Analysis, Minimum Value Product Assessment, Reference Data Strategy definition and implementation, Process assessment and re engineering, Automation, Change readiness, Test strategy and delivery. The team requires a strategic plan for growth and client experience (for internal clients) and the development and implementation of a model to track the same across the multiple organizational facets, which are: Internal Clients: Markets EQ, FI, Rates and FX Businesses, Asset and Wealth Management (JPMS PCS, Private Bank, Chase Wealth Management), Prime Brokerage and Securities Services. Major Responsibilities: Work and collaborate with senior operational and technology managers from each sector and sub organization to identify opportunities and build a framework for change acceleration and consistency and quality of delivery Deliver change projects working with Markets Operations and Transformation teams navigating complex ecosystem Lead a change service team focusing on increasing efficiency of team to deliver more with less capacity, without increasing time to market or adversely impacting quality or cost Shape the business growth plan and support model in line with our client needs, returns on investment and organisational requirements Stay abreast with the changes in the technology, markets, products, asset classes, functions, processes and client base you support Work with Line teams and Business Engineers to ensure available tools are understood and utilized across each business Partner with Line of Business leads and Middle Office managers to enhance the existing delivery model and define the future strategy During the process of developing and implementing change, identify and evaluate process improvements and work with respective operational teams to implement This role will require working closely with all senior leaders of Securities and Markets Businesses in Operations, Technology, Middle and Front offices as well as internal clients from each sector and organization. Lateral contacts in product development, client experience organizations firm wide should be developed and mined for best practices. Qualifications: Graduate degree preferred Project Management Office experience. Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence at all levels Production of Management Information to drive business decision making Ability to lead programs of varying complexity and drive business goals forward Exposure to RPA toolset (Alteryx, Tableau) About J.P.
