Manage accounts, provide top-notch customer service, and support wholesale partners to boost sales across our impressive portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Focus on both account management for existing relationships and winning new accounts.
* Develop account plans to drive and protect growth across multiple operators.
* Achieve volume and revenue targets with wholesale partners.
* Build a strong network of working relationships across various stakeholders.
* Demonstrate commercial acumen and deliver KPI results.
* Lead key activations and ensure seamless execution of brand activities.
* Differentiate brands through innovative support that adds value to customers.
* Track account performance versus investment and present quarterly reviews for key accounts.
* Focus on both account management to maximize existing relationships and on winning and developing new accounts within the Independent Free-Trade (IFT) framework.
* Sell from our premium portfolio and build long-term relationships as a strong candidate who is an outstanding relationship builder.

As these positions are field-based, a current UK driving license is required. You need to live within these postcodes.
* Strong work ethic, persistence, and resilience, with a commitment to career development.
* Exceptional local market knowledge, contacts, and experience in the beer or similar industry.
* Demonstrates ownership, taking personal responsibility for results, and leading by example.
* Builds excellent relationships with customers, consumers, and internal/external stakeholders.
* Preference for previous sales experience.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to manage and cultivate relationships.
* Proficient in negotiation, objection handling, and demonstrates commercial acumen.
* Confident in written and spoken English, with knowledge of commercial mathematics.
* Time and workload management skills to optimize effectiveness and efficiency; on-trade and premium brand experience are desirable.
