Work Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – 12 hours per day

Job Description
We are looking for a trained inventory and distribution specialist to operate within the Barrow Area Warehouse. The role focuses on accurate inventory management, order fulfilment, stock oversight, and maintaining records.
External consultants will be provided with a laptop. Any personal equipment such as PCs, mobile phones, or iPads must be kept updated with the latest iOS release. The client requires the AirWatch security and management software to be installed on all mobile devices used by staff or external consultants to ensure cybersecurity compliance. Upon contract completion or if equipment poses a security risk, the client may remove apps, data, and access. The IT Service Desk will assist with this process.
Requirements
Essential:
Clean driving license
Qualified forklift truck driver
Technologically proficient and IT literate (SAP or similar ERP systems, Microsoft Office)
GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Fluent in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
Comfortable using technology and learning new software tools
Passion for sustainability and green energy
Desirable:
HSE experience
General strong IT skills
Previous experience in warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain
Location Preference:
