Overview
As the Community Learning Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of front-facing services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting learners by ensuring our centres are welcoming, efficient, and equipped with up-to-date resources that promote engaging teaching, learning and assessment experience.
Responsibilities
* You will line manage a team of Community Skills Facilitators and Learning Centre Administrators, including setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and supporting development.
* You will oversee the daily operations and service delivery at the Community Learning Centres, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
* The post holder will lead quality assurance and self-assessment activities within the service area, establishing and maintaining high service standards.
* The post holder will also monitor and evaluate performance and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in staff line management and performance monitoring
* Strong organisational and planning skills
* Knowledge of teaching, learning, and assessment methodologies
* Familiarity with virtual learning environments and digital learning tools
* Experience with service quality and self-assessment frameworks
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
