These services must also align with all statutory requirements including those within the Social Housing (Regulation) Act and Building Safety Act 2022. The role will help drive a positive performance culture with a tenant centred approach. The focus on improving service delivery within the housing department will lead to increased satisfaction among tenants and leaseholders. This is an exciting role and will champion the tenants voice through the development of tenant influence and embedding of resident scrutiny of service delivery. About you You will hold a professional housing qualification or have relevant experience in the housing sector. A high level of professionalism, excellent communication and analytical skills are essential for this role. You must also be confident and have experience in delivering high quality tenancy or customer service-related services to customers along with expert knowledge of the role of the Social Housing Regulator and what it means for the Council. Experience of leading teams through change, having a focus on continuous improvement and effective performance management are highly desirable for this role.
