Salary: £40,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements: We have experience in IT support or service desk roles. We have strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, including Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server. We have a good understanding of PC hardware and basic networking. Experience with ticketing systems is desirable. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA or MCP are a bonus. We have excellent communication and customer service skills. We take a proactive, hands-on approach. We have strong multitasking and prioritisation abilities. We are willing to learn and develop. Responsibilities: We deliver 1st and 2nd line support via phone, email, and in person. We manage and resolve support tickets, escalating when needed. We install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, Macs, and software. We troubleshoot hardware, software, and mobile device issues. We maintain IT asset records and equipment storage. We support Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and DFS. We assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and office moves.
