Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Advisor to join our dynamic team in Hawarden. This role is focused on supporting the Client Services & Sales team to drive revenue, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure seamless service delivery. You will be the key point of contact for subcontractors, assisting with order management, follow‑ups, reporting, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver a best‑in‑class experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for subcontractors, responding promptly to enquiries and providing excellent service.
* Support the Client Service & Sales team with order processing, follow‑ups, and ensuring timely delivery.
* Monitor subcontractor performance, follow up on issues, and track on‑time delivery.
* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently and proactively.
* Maintain accurate client records to support sales strategy and account management.
* Enter results, ensuring 100% accuracy, and troubleshoot issues.
Required Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or a client‑facing role.
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
* Proactive approach, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
* Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience is a plus.
* A willingness to learn, with comprehensive training provided to support your development.
