Duties as a Diagnostic Vehicle Technician:
- Conduct routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on classic, prestige, and specialised vehicles
- Perform complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics on diverse high‑end vehicles
- Utilise advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Support restoration projects and work on a variety of historic and iconic vehicles
Requirements for the Diagnostic Vehicle Technician Role:
- Mercedes‑Benz factory training or significant dealership experience, ideally with a background in Mercedes‑Benz vehicles
- Alternatively, experienced independent Mercedes‑Benz technicians with a passion for high‑quality craftsmanship
- Extensive knowledge of high‑end vehicles, including classic and rare models
- Demonstrable experience working on a broad range of vehicle types, from routine maintenance to complex repairs
- Proven track record in working on prestige or historic cars, with at least 30+ years of long‑term Mercedes experience highly regarded
- Attention to detail and pride in delivering quality workmanship
- Additional skills in American muscle cars, classic restorations, or specialised diagnostics are advantageous but not essential
