Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Mixologist to join our vibrant team in a fast-paced cocktail bar. As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for crafting innovative cocktails and providing exceptional service to our guests. Your creativity and knowledge of beverages will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience.
Duties
* Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Maintain an organised bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to food safety regulations.
* Engage with guests to provide recommendations and answer questions about the drink menu.
* Set up and close down the bar to a high standard.
Skills
* Proven experience in bartending or mixology within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Strong knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards.
* Basic maths skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling cash transactions.
* Excellent time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
* A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding customer service.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated when required.
Our cocktail bar runs with our nightclub Second Bridge, this means on students nights we hold 'pre drinks' where you'll be serving hundreds of people in a short space of time.
Our cocktail bars hours are as follows:
Monday (Student night): 21:00 - 1:00
Wednesday (Student night): 21:00 - 1:00
Thursdays: 21:00 - 01:00
Friday: 21:00 - 1:00
Saturday: 15:00 - 00:00
