Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking an experienced and detail-driven Contracts Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
* Administer construction contracts from award through to final account
* Prepare, review, and manage all contractual documentation
* Monitor project progress, variations, and cost control measures
* Assist with procurement processes and subcontractor management
* Prepare and assess payment applications and valuations
* Ensure compliance with contractual, commercial, and legal requirements
* Liaise with project managers, clients, consultants, and subcontractors
* Maintain accurate records, reporting, and documentation systems
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator within the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts and commercial processes
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High attention to detail and strong analytical ability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with project management software advantageous)
* Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline preferred (Not Essential)
