Business Analyst & Senior Business Analyst
Salary: Up to £55,000
Edinburgh/Hybrid
We’re looking for both Agile Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join a forward-thinking team working alongside cross-functional software engineers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our client’s products are developed in line with the strategic roadmap — meeting customer needs while supporting delivery teams to achieve excellence.
Main Duties;
* Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders to define, document, and refine features and user stories.
* Analyse customer problems and project scope to deliver high-value, high-quality solutions while preventing unnecessary scope creep.
* Contribute to product strategy development and support related commercial business cases.
* Work closely across the business following Lean and Agile principles to ensure effective delivery.
* Assess client requests, user insights, market trends, and competitor offerings to identify product enhancements.
* Evaluate regulatory or compliance changes and determine how they should be incorporated into products.
