BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to join their client in Middlesbrough on a permanent basis.
This is the ideal opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor who is looking for a new challenge. This role is fully site based for the first month and then hybrid working is available (3 days on site/2 days from home).

Your Responsibilities include:
* Provide guidance, coaching and support to managers on all HR and Employee Relations issues.
* Manage day to day HR issues including ER cases.
* Provide training to management to reduce absenteeism.
* Support with the HR agenda including wellbeing and DE&I.
* Policy work and development.
* Working with international team.
You will need:
* CIPD Level 5 qualified or working towards.
* Strong ER case management experience.
* Strong employment law knowledge.
* Previous experience of working in a generalist HR position.
* Previous experience of working in a fast paced environment.
