A respected, long‑established recruitment firm is expanding its Engineering division and wants a proven 360 recruiter who knows how to operate in technical markets. You’ll step into a warm, credible desk with the freedom to shape your desk, backed by a leadership team that gets Engineering recruitment.

• Developing new business across Engineering & Manufacturing.
• Winning retained and exclusive projects.
• Headhunting niche technical and senior‑level talent.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle end‑to‑end.
• Advising clients on hiring strategy, salary benchmarking, and market trends.
• Building long‑term partnerships with high‑value clients.
You’re an Engineering recruiter (or a very strong 360 recruiter ready to move into Engineering) who thrives on pace, complexity, and commercial wins.
You bring:
• A track record in agency recruitment (essential).
