A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme. You could have the opportunity to complete a 6-month international secondment at one of our global offices. You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year.
