Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time position for a Recruitment Consultant, based in Coleshill. Responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to fulfilling client requirements within the logistics sector. The role involves consulting with clients to understand their organizational needs and delivering tailored staffing solutions. Strong communication and rapport-building are essential to ensure a seamless experience for both candidates and employers.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Recruitment and Recruiting processes
* Experience in Consulting and Interviewing
* Strong Communication skills and interpersonal abilities
* Knowledge of recruitment trends in the logistics sector is a plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational and time management skills
