Your responsibilities will include managing all postings and reporting for internal systems and government gateways, maintaining compliance at all times. Together with external SAP consultants, you will act as the main contact for system configuration and reporting, ensuring smooth operations. By proactively developing reconciliations and analysis, you will keep payroll data accurate and up to date. You will lead key strategic payroll-related projects such as implementing time and attendance systems, managing benefits-in-kind (BIK) compliance, and ensuring adherence to minimum wage regulations. You will apply your project management expertise to deliver these initiatives successfully while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external partners. What Makes Us Successful Together You hold a relevant qualification in payroll, HR, or finance. You bring proven experience as a payroll technician, ideally with exposure to complex payroll environments. You are fully competent in SAP payroll systems and HMRC reporting, and you communicate effectively across departments. Experience working with pensions, tax, and finance teams is an advantage. You are detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working to strict deadlines. You have excellent communication skills and can clearly explain complex payroll topics to stakeholders.
