What You Will Be Doing
·As an Associate Civil Engineer, you will deliver and oversee civil engineering designs across a range of infrastructure projects.
·You will support and mentor engineers, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing.
·You will work closely with clients, attending meetings and providing technical input and solutions.
·You will review designs, calculations and reports, ensuring quality and compliance.
·You will assist senior leadership with project management, resourcing and business development activities.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To thrive as an Associate Civil Engineer, you will bring:
·Chartered or near-Chartered status with ICE or equivalent.
·Solid experience in civil infrastructure design, including highways and drainage.
·Confidence working with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
·Strong technical capability with a desire to develop leadership skills.
·A motivated and collaborative approach to your work.
Salary & Benefits
You will earn £62,000-£68,000 depending on experience.
