Requirements:
1. At least 5 years of professional bakery experience
2. Minimum 3 years hands-on donut-making experience (artisan or large-batch)
3. Expert knowledge across the full donut-making process: mixing, proofing, frying, glazing, finishing
4. Strong understanding of dough behaviour, frying methods, and bakery science
5. Proven ability to deliver consistent results in a commercial production environment
6. High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
7. Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working early mornings independently
8. Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25kg
