Resourcing Partner
to join their Recruitment Team and help shape the future of talent at one of the world's most iconic travel hubs.
About the Role
As a
Resourcing Partner
, you'll lead recruitment planning and day-to-day vacancy management across key departments. You'll work closely with leadership teams, People Business Partners, and hiring managers to ensure we attract and hire the best talent—while delivering an exceptional experience for candidates and stakeholders alike.
You'll also play a key role in embedding our diversity and inclusion ambitions into everything we do, ensuring our hiring practices are inclusive, inspiring, and impactful.
What You'll Be Doing
* Building trusted relationships with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs and capability gaps
* Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all involved
* Using data and labour market insights to drive recruitment strategies and decisions
* Leading on attraction and assessment strategies, including internal and external campaigns
* Championing their employer brand and EVP across all touchpoints
* Developing proactive talent pipelines and managing niche campaigns
* Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
* Coaching and developing a direct report
* Representing the business at recruitment fairs and external events
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
* Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
* Experience in direct sourcing, attraction strategies, and assessment design
* Knowledge of D&I, internal mobility, and talent planning
* Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn, Boolean search, and talent mapping
* A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
* Agile, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused mindset
* Experience with psychometric tools (e.g. Saville, SHL, Belbin) is a plus
