* Supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff, students, and therapy support personnel.
* Contributing to the planning and implementation of service improvements aligned with Trust objectives.
* Driving innovation through audit, research, and the adoption of best practices.

Person Specification
Experience
* Proven experience in delivering high-quality care in community or rehabilitation settings.
* Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
* Experience in Neuro/Stroke/Adult & Paediatrics/Cardio for these roles.
Qualifications
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Occupational Therapy.
* HCPC registration
