Sous Chef - Join a Top Hospitality Team in Alexandria!
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + monthly tips (£200-£300)
Hours: Annualised hours (5 days out of 7), January shutdown, week off at Christmas
We're working with a fantastic hospitality venue in Alexandria that's looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join their busy kitchen team. You'll be cooking great food to at least 2 AA Rosette standard and running your own section of the kitchen. You'll also help with menu planning, stock control, and training the team.

Cooking food to a high standard (minimum 2 AA Rosette level)
* Managing your kitchen section, including stock and supplies
* Training new team members and making sure everyone follows safety rules
* Helping with menu ideas and keeping track of inventory
* Leading and motivating your team to deliver great food every day
Experience supervising or managing a small to medium kitchen team
* NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, plus Intermediate Food Hygiene certificate
* Friendly, hardworking, and passionate about great food
* Able to stay calm and organised in a busy kitchen
* Right to work in the UK and a valid UK driving licence
