A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician to work within a professional workshop environment, supporting the maintenance and repair of a modern fleet of heavy vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Carry out routine inspections, servicing, and repairs on HGVs and plant equipment
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
* Undertake preventative maintenance to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
* Accurately complete job cards, service sheets, and maintenance records.
* Collaborate with workshop colleagues and parts suppliers to ensure efficient turnaround of vehicles.
Candidate Profile
* Qualified HGV Mechanic / Technician (time-served or equivalent).
* Experience working with heavy vehicles, plant, or specialist equipment.
