Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems Job reference Number: 602919-1648-25154 Location: Commutable to Stoke Remuneration: £50,000 - £60,000 Benefits: Company car, pension, 4x death in service, 25days annual leave The role of the Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems will involve: Procurement Manager position dealing with a manufactured range of UPVc and aluminium fenestration systems Leas and manage the implementation of a new stock management systems across 2 sites Focus on optimising procurement processes, ensuring accurate stock levels, and integrating purchasing functions to improve inventory control and supplier management Collaborate with IT, warehouse, finance and other internal departments to ensure seamless integration of new system Define system requirements and work closely with vendor and developers to customise system as required Monitor and manage supplier performance and order processes, ensuring compliance and timely delivery Oversee purchase order completion, approval workflows, and stock replenishment Managing a the procurement team of circa 4 The ideal applicant will be a Procurement Manager – uPVC & Aluminium Fenestration Systems with: Must have Procurement/Buying leadership experience within the fenestration market sector Must have experience utilising Window Designer or similar Must have a procurement qualification (CIPS) Hands on experience with stock management or ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness and decision making capability
