Your newpany
You will be joining a highly successful, expanding, privately ownedpany. Based from their Newton Aycliffe Head Office, you will be working alongside an established finance team, supporting the Finance Manager with the day-to-day transactional processing of the accounts.
Your new role
Working with a small finance team, there is, of course, the need to "roll your sleeves up" and support the whole team where needed. However, you will be responsible for:-
1. Purchase Ledger processing
2. Sales Ledger processing
3. Account reconciliations
4. Customer & Supplier query resolutions
5. P:ayroll admin & data input
6. Credit control
7. Assisting in the preparation of the monthly management accounts
What you'll need to succeed
8. Ideally, you will have current experience of working in a busy finance team where you are part of the transactional processing and assist with the preparation for the production of the management accounts.
9. Experience of Xero would be beneficial. However, Sage 50 experience will also be considered.
10. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 is essential.
