Job Summary
This job will lead the development and implementation of advanced data science models and algorithms. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Your role involves driving best practices in data science, ensuring data quality, and mentoring junior scientists.

Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Additional Responsibilities & Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor’s/Master’s degree/PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent industry experience.
* 3+ years of experience in advanced analytics or data science roles.
* Deep expertise in experimentation, including A/B testing design, execution, analysis, and causal inference to measure true product/feature/strategy impacts.
* Strong background in time-series analysis and forecasting to support growth planning and performance monitoring.
* Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with hands‑on experience using large-scale analytics platforms (e.g., BigQuery) and analytics tools (e.g., Jupyter Notebooks) to analyze large, multi-dimensional datasets.
* Proven ability to synthesize complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives for senior stakeholders.
* Strong problem‑solving skills with a track record of delivering data‑driven recommendations that influence product and business strategy.
* Experience building dashboards and automated reporting solutions using visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) to communicate experimentation results and ongoing performance metrics.
* Industry experience in payments, eCommerce, or financial services is a strong plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
