\n• An established law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its busy property team.
\n• You will be managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
\n• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
\n• Proactively progress transactions through exchange and completion
\n• Deliver excellent client service throughout the process
\n• Build and maintain strong client and referrer relationships
\n• The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience handling your own caseload of transactions
\n• You will be able to demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills
\n• Client-focused with a proactive approach
