Skilled in supporting children with trauma and complex needs. Passionate about developing staff, leading with values, and creating a culture of care. Essential Criteria: Minimum of 2 years experience supporting children with trauma and complex behaviours in a residential setting. Recognised Social Work qualification (Degree or Diploma) with at least 2 years post-qualification experience. At least 1 year supervising staff, including coaching and facilitating team meetings. Full UK or Irish driving licence (held >1 year, max 3 penalty points). Ability to obtain a positive Enhanced Access NI check. Willingness to register (or already registered) with NISCC Part 1.
