The Role
As the successful Shopper Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of insight-driven activation plans that align with our clients commercial objectives and retailer strategies. You'll create compelling omni-channel campaigns that deliver a triple win for, customers, and shoppers, acting as an external brand champion and trusted partner to key retail accounts. Your role will involve close collaboration with internal teams and external agencies to deliver best-in-class shopper marketing programs, including the development of in-store equipment, digital assets, and cardboard solutions. You'll be responsible for tracking and optimising your budget, evaluating campaign ROI and KPIs, and contributing to strategic stretch plans that enhance performance and share of voice in the market.
Requirements:
* Worked within a Shopper Marketing role within FMCG
* Strong understanding of UK retailers
* Able to demonstrate good cross functional relationships
* Demonstrates good internal influencing skills
Salary:
Up to £60,000 plus benefits, including Company car or allowance, bonus, etc
Location:
Hybrid working. Circa 2 days in West London HQ.
