With 13 dealer points across the eastern counties of England, TruckEast provides exceptional sales and aftersales support for HGVs, passenger vehicles, vans, and various agricultural and industrial vehicles.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Aftersales Advisor based in Wellingborough. The Aftersales Advisor will manage customer inquiries, provide advice on service solutions, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repair bookings. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, processing invoices, and ensuring an exceptional service experience for every customer. This role will involve close collaboration with the workshop and bodyshop teams to ensure efficient operations and timely service delivery for customers.
Working hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:30, with a 1-hour break per shift
Offering from £30,000 per annum, dependent upon experience
Qualifications
* Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and resolve queries effectively.
* Experience in scheduling and coordinating maintenance or repair services, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry.
* Proficiency in using IT systems, databases, and Microsoft Office tools effectively. Knowledge of Kerridge/Keyloop is advantageous.
* Attention to detail and organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple tasks.
* Flexibility, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience in an aftersales role is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with the commercial vehicle or automotive sector is advantageous.
