Responsibilities
* Supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs
* Helping pupils access learning and achieve their full potential
* Building positive relationships and encouraging independence
* Providing personal care where required
* Creating a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for students
Qualifications
* Previous experience working within SEN settings or in a support worker role
* A caring, patient, and positive attitude
* Confidence providing personal care when needed
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
