Clarke Connect is seeking a highly organised and proactive EV/ICP Project Coordinator to support the delivery of EV and ICP projects. This is a key administrative role ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and compliantly.
The Role
As an EV/ICP Project Coordinator, you will work closely with the Project Manager, delivery teams, and subcontractors to manage project documentation, procurement, and site setup. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating materials, raising purchase orders, and ensuring key project milestones are met.
This role involves occasional travel to Clarke office locations such as Blantyre and Manchester, as well as project sites across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Set up site files and maintain project records on Sitetracker and internal systems
* Request Point of Connections (POC) from DNOs and manage the process through to completion
* Raise and receipt purchase orders for materials, plant, and services
* Prepare and maintain key documentation including RAMS, CPH&SP, and client packs
* Track project progress and ensure compliance with KPIs and client requirements
* Save site surveys, designs, and build photos to project folders
* Coordinate with subcontractors and site contacts for access and delivery schedules
* Archive completed or cancelled projects appropriately
* Support the EV/ICP delivery team with general administrative duties
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a professional administrative role
* Strong IT skills including Excel, Word, and databases
* High level of written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to manage conflicting priorities and work under pressure
Desirable
* Knowledge of ICP/NERS processes or experience working with DNOs
* Understanding of commercial disciplines and delivery processes
